Lu McGregor has 10+ years in community services management and 20+ years in government contract management and accreditation — designing standards, applying them, and being audited against them. She holds a BA in Psychology. At The Policy Place she leads the platform, finance, and customer-facing technology. Sharp with the details, and committed to systems that actually work for the people inside them.
Kendra Beri
Kendra Beri brings a foundation in law, policy, and organisational leadership — including an LLB (Hons) and a Master of Education (Organisational Development). Her career spans 20+ years across Law & Policy and government & community operational management in Aotearoa and Australia. At The Policy Place she leads policy content, customer onboarding, and the legal framework behind every policy template. Direct about substance, calm about complexity, and never one to shy away from a hard question.
